How do I cook it?
In this recipe, we will prepare the fish broth first. To do this, we will fry the garlic and onion. Then, we will add the moralla and then water until it boils, for about 20 minutes.
When we have done all this, in a saucepan we will prepare the rice with the other ingredients using the strained fish water.

- 1 chicken breast or 2 boneless thighs
- 2 cups of rice
- 4 cloves of garlic

Preparation mode
To start, we will put the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped chicken. After this, we will add the chopped garlic and parsley. When all the ingredients are together, we have to let them cook.
Once the garlic, parsley and chicken are almost done, we must add the grated tomatoes and finally the rice. We will sauté it little by little and add salt to taste and turmeric as a seasoning.
For the rice to cook, we will pour 6 cups of water or chicken broth and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Italian dish: mushroom risotto
This is one of the traditional dishes in the cuisine of Italy, more specifically from the North of this country.

- 1 liter of chicken broth and a small glass of white wine
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 400 grams of rice
- 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 grams of butter, grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream (optional)

Elaboration
We will place the onion and garlic to sauté with butter. Then, we will add the mushrooms and let them cook until they release the water.
When we have done this, we will add the rice, the white wine and a part of the chicken broth until it evaporates (five minutes).
We will pour more broth and stir with a wooden spoon, until the rice is cooked. Before serving, we will place the Parmesan cheese and the milk cream.
